MPB Members Qualify for UIL State

4 members of the MPB qualified for the UIL Texas State Solo & Ensemble contest.  Congratulations to these outstanding young musicians.  They will be performing for the TSSEC at the end of May for an opportunity to earn a gold medal. MPB members are:

Directors Steve Sanchez, Stevan Sanchez, Danny Chavera, Jr., Rene Rosales and Twirler/Color guard Sponsor Rebecca Sanchez would like to thank all involved for all their hard work.  We’d also like to thank our HS administration and staff, Central Office administration and staff, CSCISD School Board, MPB boosters, and last but not least, our MPB parents for all their support.  We really appreciate it.  Next up for MPB will be preparations for our Fall 2021 production, “Dragons”.  We will begin afterschool practices for our show after Spring Break. Incoming Freshmen are invited to participate in these practices as well.  We will send out a schedule through Remind and Google Classroom. Let’s get ready for our “State Year”!!!
